The full name of the color masterbatch is also known as the color masterbatch. It is a new coloring agent for polymer materials. It consists of three basic elements: pigment or dye, carrier and additive. It is a uniform pigment or dye uniformly. The aggregate obtained by being attached to the resin can be regarded as a pigment concentrate, so that its coloring power is higher than that of the pigment itself. The color masterbatch is mainly used on plastic to achieve the desired color effect in plastic or rubber products.

There are several commonly used classification methods for color masterbatch:

Classified by carrier: such as PE color masterbatch, PP color masterbatch, ABS color masterbatch, PVC color masterbatch, EVA color masterbatch, etc.

Classified by color: color masterbatch, black masterbatch, white masterbatch, etc.

According to the function classification, it can be divided into: coloring masterbatch; anti-aging color masterbatch, antistatic masterbatch, antibacterial masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch and other functional masterbatch.

Each variety can be divided into different levels:

1. Advanced injection color masterbatch. Used in cosmetic packaging boxes, toys, electrical enclosures and other advanced products.

2. Ordinary injection color masterbatch. Used in general daily plastic products, industrial containers, etc.

3. Advanced blown film color masterbatch. Used for blow molding coloring of ultra-thin products.

4. Ordinary blown film color masterbatch. It is used for blow molding coloring of general packaging bags and woven bags.

5. Spinning masterbatch. It is used for textile fiber spinning and coloring. It has fine pigment particles, high concentration, strong tinting strength, good heat resistance and light resistance.

6. Low-grade color masterbatch. Used to manufacture low-grade products that do not require high color quality, such as trash cans, low-grade containers, etc.
